Yes and Yes. Like the mom before suggested, use the nursing pads to save your shirts and bras. My breasts only leaked when my son was late for a feeding. When this happened, if he wasn't hungry, I would simply use the breast pump to ease the pressure and to avoid milk build up or infection from block milk ducts.

If the boob dribbles when you nurse then tell him he can't watch anymore. hehe
you could also use a breast pump-this will give you milk for when you're not in a position to nurse-you can still have quality milk for your baby.

Yes and yes. My milk would let down whenever I heard a baby cry, even if it wasn't my baby. Just be sure to use the nursing pads.

yes, its pretty normal and for me it stopped when my son was around 3 1/2 to 4 months old. Wear nursing pads.

That's pretty normal. It usually happens at letdown. You can use a towel/burpcloth/breastpad to catch that milk so you don't soak your clothing. It's very common in the early weeks. For me, it usually stopped somewhere between 6-12 weeks.

Yes it did. That's because your breast is full of milk and needs to be expressed.

LOL! Yes it did, No it doesn't. Not until you quit breast feeding. When it does this, it's a good sign of breast milk. Mine always did that!
