Graphic designers create just about anything you see that has words on it. Labels, posters, letterhead, billboards, signs, etc. The main difference between graphic artists and fine artists is that the graphic artist's work is mass produced after it is initially designed.

We create graphics on the web "art", for webpages. Every site you look at is designed by a graphic artist and they use certain types of programs to create them ... Both for the sites and for the graphics to put on the sites ...
Hope this answered your question ...
Sincerely, BJW
