Need to be closer to my mom because of terminal illness. Need finished basement, 2 bdrm, 900-950.00/mnth for rent. Allowing dogs(one is 15 yrs old she will not be with us for much longer) Need it for Dec 1.

It's always difficult to find accomodations with pets. Very few landlords will allow pets in this hot rental market. If you're not really picky I understand the townhouses that are located on 83 St. at the 90th Ave driving circle allow pets. They also only have 6 months leases (you may be able to talk them into no lease) and they don't charge extra pets (or so I've been told) I will be the first to admit they aren't the most beautiful but they do allow pets and the location is awesome and as far as rent goes they're in the more or less reasonable range.. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the complex but maybe someone on this site will - or check with mom. Good Luck.
