Or will you vote today? How did you vote? Rep, Dem, Ind? It would be interesting to know how many did and didn't, will or won't. What percentage of the population do you think actually votes, and what percentage moans about the country but doesn't vote? I'm thinking 25% vote and 75% moan.

I will vote today, and it will be Republican across the board. Not because I like how our party has handled things though. I hope they still hold the reigns, but get a serious a$$whooping so they wake up. We need to start our exit plan out of Iraq and we need to close the borders. We also need a Marriage Amendment to end all of the nonsense.

I did vote. And although I'm a member of the Green party, I voted almost a straight Democratic ticket. I felt it was more important to vote AGAINST the Republicans. There are some state offices where I voted for the candidate rather than the party, but Congress, Senate, and Lt Governor I voted for the Democrat.

I couldn't bring myself to vote for Angelides for governor though. I voted for Jordan of the Peace and Freedom party.

Not yet -- still at work. Polls don't close until 8:00 PM, so I have plenty of time after work. I'm voting mostly Republican because my state has been run by Democrats way too long and we have the nation's worst economy to show for it. P.S.: 25% voters and 75% moaners sounds about right.

Not yet, but I will. I'm voting Democrat, with a few Independent and Green thrown in. The Republicans here refuse to talk about the issues. They talk about themselves and bad-mouth their opponents. It's pathetic and childish.

And if Republicans actually manage to pass that stupid marriage amendment, I will leave the country. I refuse to let the government control my life.

I'm going after work, and have already figured out who I will be voting for. I looked at how the candidates addressed the issues first, and selected them based on how closely they aligned with my own beliefs. My breakdown:

45% Republican
30% Democrat
20% Libertarian
5% Independent
