Any an all services related to computer, hardware, like a mouse.
speakers, headsets, CD's, floppy disk, etc. etc. for sale.
Would stay away from soft drinks, for sure some one will spill their drink all over the keyboard. Food items that are not liquid.
The soft drink problem will be hard, as most cyber cafe offer coffee or other soft drinks.

Since you asked in a security area, I'll presume you want a answer on a security playing field.
I'm not comfortable using a cyber cafe from a security point of view due to the previous users of those computers. All sorts of malware are caught by PCs on a daily basis, so I think making people more comfortable would be to include guarantees I'd get a clean freshly installed PC with goodies like anti-spyware, anti-virus and a broad choice of tools and browsers to allow me to be diverse in what I do. Let me connect a USB stick or other removable media to keep my files and wipe the machine after I used it so the next user doesn;t get my data, my cookies, etc.
There is hardware you can use to help you achieve this effortlessly. Such as (just to name one) Core protect's Core restore.

I would sell botteled beverages since its harder to spill them especially if you enforce the cap must be on rule. I would also sell games, game cards (like for wow), Computer parts, I would also try to offer tutorials or classes on basic stuff so old people would come there too.
