Many banks have at least one person who is licensed as a notary public, and a lot of law firms also have at least one notary public. If you can't find one at a bank or a local law firm, look in your local Yellow Pages under "notary" or try using Yahoo Business Finder.

Banks, post office, lawyers, courthouse, major mailing store like mailbox etc, or fedex. Though you will have to pay a small amount. Normally around $5 or so.
