All I've heard is very strong rumour and speculation... especially with Robbie being in and out of the spurs 1st team, has anyone heard anything else to this effect?

I have also heard the same for Defoe to move to the Villa...

Has anyone heard this also?

Went to a sports forum recently where Martin O Neil was answering fans questions. When asked which players he would be targeting in the transfer window he declined to be drawn. He did say the players he may want to bring into the club may not be available in the transfer window. My gut feeling is he will bolster the squad in January as a short term measure, the main business will be done in the summer. The local papers have run pieces on all the players mentioned. Any decent unsettled player will know be linked to Villa because of Mr Lerner's millions we just have to wait and see. Come on Villa!

NO WAY.

Being a spurs fan i know that they will not sell Robbie Keane. He is one of our best players alonside Lennon, dawson, King, Robinson.

I don't mind if Spurs sell Defoe to Aston villa as i think he is rubbish for tottenham. He is no way near the class of Robbie, Berbatov or even Mido.

But it has been in the gossip colloumns on BBC and sky Sports Website.

Robbie is going to Celtic in a swap deal for Beattie, and MoN is watching young Arron Lennon along with Chelski
