the paint on my 88' grand marquis is taking a beating from this South Texas heat. Seems like the cracks get bigger and the metals shows more clearer. I'm planin on gettin a paint job, but i dunno what would be more applicable. I thought about Candy Apple Red as a color, but i question myself. should i go with somethin else? cheap, flashy, or expensive?

First ask yourself, "how long am I going to own this car?" It is an '88. A fresh paint job can accomplish a lot of things. It can help you feel better about yourself and what you are driving. It can create more eye appeal if you are planning on selling. You should first examine what it is that you really want for yourself. The answer is already in side of you.

If I were you I would probably go with the candy apple red, ya know we gotta be flashy down here in Texas! What about a candy burnt orange? Go horns!

Grand Marquis?.....sounds like you wanted flashy when you bought the thing.
Keep with the theme....just make sure you pull it off without lookin' like you tried.

Actually the more expensive videos were the ones with large casts or exotic locals. Duran Duran's "Hungry Like The Wolf" or Michael Jackson's "Beat It" or "Thriller" would fit the bill.
