there has only been one hero in my life & that was my father.sadly he died 11yrs ago & there will be nobody to replace his strenght & honesty

A hero is someone who is not afraid to take chances. A hero always has doubts and fears, but they overcomes all of that to get the task done.

My partner is my hero. He stands for everything that is good. He is always very giving and never asks or expects anything in return. Children are his weakness, he can never turn his back on a child regardless of who the parents are. He volunteers his free time to making life easier for children and the elderly. Like I said he is a terrific man.

Courage, caring and being willing to forget fear and selfishness for long enough to take action.
I see heros every day. They don't always get press coverage, because it isn't fame they are looking for. They are just people trying to take a positive action.
You are probably a hero sometimes.

To me a hero would be anyone who is selfless and does the right thing even when no one but God is looking.

Someone who is willing to give and expect nothing in return or someone who will help someone they don't know just because they can. A selfless person - that would be my hero.

Some one I look up to ,
I say my mother is my hero because I was next to her during her trials and tribulations, and through her experiences, most people would have lost faith, but she stood strong, and i hope to resemble her teachings to my own children.
