He does not generally like gifts. Unless it's something he can definitely use, a tool, surfboard, etc. It's his birthday and I have nothing for him. Guys, any suggestions?

Why do women even ask this question.He'll pretend he likes whatever you get him.
Get him what he really wants.A threesome.
Also,ladies never get a man tools for a present!Men only want tools as an excuse to get away from you.That's the same reason they play golf.Of course,that's the reason you buy men tools,too.You want to get him out of the house away from you.

You guys have been married for 16 years for goodness sakes!!!.......If you absolutely can not think of any thing else......Get a babysitter.....Put him in the car.....Blindfolded..........Pull up to a strip bar........Take him inside.......Have dinner (yes, some of them serve food!).......And just enjoy the look of shock and amazement on his face!......
