That depends on the medication you are taking. Basic answer, without birth control, if you have sex a week or a day before your period is due, yes you can get pregnant.

Anything is possible, but your normally your most fertal 12-14 days after the first day of your last period. So no, you "normally" wouldnt have been fertal. If you took the pill the next day, even if it was late, your probably ok, but I'm just speaking from personal experience.

If you don´t know that yes you can get pregnant at any time of the month, you either didn´t pay much attention at biology lessons or you are too young to be having sex in the first place.

I don't think a few hours difference would cause a problem. If you are worried, call your doctor.
