Because they are too busy trying to find some pot to smoke. Then when they find some, they have the munchies, so they go to White Castle because they are waiting for their welfare checks and they don't have any money. Then of course they get diarrhea, because White Castle always gives you diarrhea. Then it is already 4:30. But because they are so stoned they think the clock says 8:30, so they never make it to the polls. At least that is what I read in the newspaper.

Half the congress is democrat and up until 6 years we had a democratic president who could have run for and won a third term if the law allowed it. What loses are you talking about?
