For my English class, we each have to write a letter to a different world leader. I'm thinking about doing it on Kim. So:

Is it possible to send a letter to the DPRK?

How would I go about finding the address of Kim?

Could I write it in English, and should I expect a response?

You can always try to do so.
This is the official homepage of North Korea http://www.korea-dpr.com/
They have a contact link as korea@korea-dpr.com. You can write to this address and hopefully either they can forward it to Kim Jong-II or at least can give you some help

If you find out how to do this, and are successful at it, just beware that you will forever be on "the list." You might want to rethink your choice of leader.
