I ate very spicy nachos, the meat sauce was spicy, the cheese was spicy, and it spicy peppers. I ate it every day for lunch. I was 11 days late.
We also had sex 2 times a day during the last week.
Your baby will come whe he/she is ready.

There are a million stories about what will cause labor onset. The only one that I ever read about that had a grain of truth was being on your feet. In a L&D ward they will sometimes suggest a patient walk around (with someone with her). But other then giving a drug to induce contractions. I don't know of any surefire way to start labor.

No, at least not directly. Spicy food could cause serious bowl contractions which can produce oxytocin in your system (which induces labor). However, your body will not go into labor unless conditions are prime for it. Castor oil may cause a similar effect. If your body isn't ready it may just cause a nasty case of diarrhea.

I don't know, I had chili the night I went into labor.
I wouldn't recommend it.
The baby will come when it's good and ready. That's better than too soon, anyway.

i do no longer think that it works. My mom ate incredibly spiced nutrition continuously on an analogous time as pregnant with me (between the only issues that she ought to maintain down), and she or he never triggered making use of incredibly spiced nutrition. i'm particularly specific it, like many different induction concepts, are basically an previous better halves tale.
