I would like to know more about this procedure.(especially how does the person feel,the recovery).

This is an operation to correct habitual shoulder dislocation-basically a soft tissue procedure involving muscles and shoulder capsule. Patients need supervised physiotherapy after the procedure to get the shoulder going again. Other shoulder dislocation procedures are the Magnuson-Stack and Bristow surgeries. All will give excellent results depending on the expertise of the orthopedic surgeon.
