Babe Ruth sticks closer to MLB rules, keeping baselines and pitching distances standard, while Little League reduces baseline and pitching distances for younger players. So technically, one could say Babe Ruth is more challenging I suppose.

Hope this helps.

Club pony and babe ruth all play real baseball as it was meant to be played... Although the little league version of the game is competative to a degree, it has slowly allowed itself to erode away some of the games rules simply to make it more exceptable to a wider range of skill levels... Little league does not play this way until the age of 14...

It should be noted also that at the baseball hall of fame in Cooperstown they hold year round baseball tournaments for youth players that play CLUB OR PONY rules... Not little league...

trying to compare these two leagues is like comparing politicans, no matter what you argue for one you can always get a "rebut" from the other. While, some may say Babe Ruth is more difficult because of the rules, like leading, etc. Others may say that because you can't lead it takes more effort to score.

Either way, "Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder."

well my brother played in both little league all-stars and babe ruth all-stars...the other people are stupid because babe ruth can be played from 8 year old plus...my brother says that the little league are harder because they have harder teams and more competition and they have a tougher lose or go home....
