go to control panel and click internet option and it should be all there with the cookies

I assume your refering to the Phishing (check sp.) that is offered via internet explorer 7...

or either the actual phisical history file on your pc... if it is that physical file isn't location in your main drive in the windows folder... under... wait for it... HISTORY

if its the phishing the information gets sent directly to microsoft and partially recorded, this is in my opinion microsofts attempt to allow for product specific person advertising... so just say no to that one.

It matters wwhat you use. To delete you can usually go and find it at file: preferences or history: clear history and other things just fool around with your choices. (If you are trying to get away with somemthing then remember the cookies because things are saved there.)
