My aunt had a cataract surgery recently & her endothelial cells have been damaged. She cannot go in for another operation till 12 months are over. Does anyone know of homeopathic cure or herbal remedies to help her out. Please respond

I voted for Phantomlimb7's answer. Wondering though if your aunt possibly had an infection following her surgery?

I will add that supplements can help general eye health. When my mom had cataract surgery 25 years ago, her opthamalogist recommended she take a product called, I think, Opti-Zinc. It had vitamins A, C, E & zinc - don't recall what else. Most eye-specific supplement formulas today have lycopene (from tomato seeds) and bilberry in them. He said this would help prevent further trouble, and apparently it has.

Go to your health food store & see what's on the shelf that has the above ingredients.

Endothelial cells cover the interior of your blood vessels. How could cataract surgery possibly injure her endothelium? It does not involve manipulation of the retina, which is the only part of the eye which has endothelial cells.
I think it is more likely that her doctor wants to wait a year to see how her eye responds to surgery before performing the same on the other eye. Although having both eyes done at one time is not unusual.
Other than that, I have no idea as to what medical condition you are referring to.
