ok so I got me period now when..........?

Question

can some one tell me when we should hve sex this month to get preg...it just started yesterday it usually lasts about 5-6 days...weve been trying for 3 mnths now and still nothing...some one please help......

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Ovulation occurs approx 14 days from the first day of your last period. (this is also if your period is on , or close to a 28 day cycle). Use the first day of your last period as day 1.
So I'd say the best time for you to try and conceive would be on,
or around the 20th of November. Ovulation lasts 2-3 days at the most. Pls remember that this is only a guide. Good luck....Oh also you also know you're ovulating when you,re mid cycle and you notice clear mucus discharge. This is also stringy to touch.
I know this sounds gross, but its true. This is a good indicator if
your menstral cycle is slightly out or not quite 28 days......

If you have a 28 day cycle, then 12-14 days, but many women although their periods are regular ovulate irregularly. 3 mnths i nothing compared to many, give it some time. In the meantime you can try an ovulation kit, you can get it at any drug store...Walmart, grocery....I would hold of on the Dr. visit just yet.

So, if you have a regular 28 day cycle you will be ovulating anywhere from the 9th day after the first day of your period to the 16th day after the first day of your period.

To be sure you can either get a fertility test at your local drug store or a Basil thermometer. (if your vaginal temp fluxuates by 1 point you should be ovulating but you need to take your temp starting today to notice the difference.)

14 days after the first day of your period is when you should ovulate. have sex for the 2 days before the day of and the 2 days after your ovulation date to be sure you get that egg!!!

aprox 16 days after yer period is the best time but if you start rigth after your period it could happen too so best thing i would say is as soon as it ends start practicing !
