George Bush isn't up for re-election. His term expires at noon January 21, 2009.
Jeb Bush had to step down because Florida has term limits so he is not running either.

How are people still voting for Bush? The last time I checked, US presidents still had only two terms. However, I will say that I'm voting Democrat.

Bush isn't running for anything.
Speaking of, Bush and the US military only liberated 50+ million people from tyranny, from oppression, from fear. From that came Constitutions and free elections.
The unemployment is the lowest in decades, 7 million new jobs in 3.5 years, a booming stock market, etc.
What a terrible record!

President Bush no longer has an argument for the wars. There are popularity ratings for the president, but no one will ever vote for him again. There are still some people who support him, and his wars, but then on the flip side, there are people who detest him, "such as myself" concerning his decisions and foreign policy. Bush has done some positive things, but he has done many more negative things, that have offset the positive. In order to bash Bush, one must look at the entire picture.

Voting for repubs means you are revoting for Bush. The boogieman will get you for that if he can catch you sober.
Ever notice a dumb Repub can't understand a simple question in order to give a sinceable answer.

It's President Bush. He isn't running for anything, but then you already know that. I do admire him, and think he was a great President.

He is not up for re-election. No one can vote for or against him in this election.
He is in his last term as President. Presidents in the US can only serve 2 consecutive terms, and he cannot run again.

I really do think think that we are going to see the republican party go down in flames after this past 6-year fiasco. Thank God, Bush cannot run another year, because the public, in their infinite wisdom would rehire the incompetent doofus to drag us another few trilion dollars into the debters basement.
