Hand cream - I'm sure that someone in your office has some with them. Just wipe it on your hands and lightly run your hands over the inside of your pants.

This also works if your hair gets static-y and has fly-aways.

Lotion up your legs with a good moisturizer and you will see a remarkable difference.
I suffer with the same problem and it is due to my skin being really dry and the type of pants materials affect the static too.
But if you put a good amount of lotion on your legs from top to bottom before you dress, I promise you will see the amount of static reduced drastically. :)

if it's possible --- lotion on your legs will help. Had a friend tell me she actually puts the lotion on her legs over nylons ---helps dry skin & prevents static 2 birds with 1 stone--- gotta love it!

Sounds kind of funny but aerosol hairspray works if you spray from far away.
