medion are a new company who supply to supermarkets such as asda and aldi, however just because they do that it dosent mean they are np good, they have just found a gap in the market and have utelised it
as laptops go,a intel celeron 1.4ghz processor is middle of the road, and is plenty good enough for everyday tasks, however i bet your graphics are onboard so its not much good as a games machine, but will probally play 2d games and old 3d games
as a internet laptop ,this would be fine,i remeber seeing a reveiw on a medion desktop p.c tower with a pentium 4 ,1gb ram,120gb hdrive, and a tv card included and all this was only £400.however you never got a monitor
depending on your laptop memory ,and how much you paid for it,id say its a good budget laptop good for internet usage and basic digital photo editing
good buy

I think you would find that processor rather slow. I would stick to a known brand - ACER, DELL, SAMSUNG (which is what I have).
