Does anyone know the processor speed in the Nokia 6233?

Does anyone know the processor speed in the Nokia 6233 and do you know if there is any Series 40 software available.

6233 and 6234 are vodaphone proprietary... 6282 same hardware.

The phone runs on the Series 40 Platform 3rd edition

Can't find infor on processor speed, but I imagine it's around 200mhz.
