so should i trade anyone and if so who should i try and who should i get for him. also im 4-5 in that league.

You have a good team already with a great offense and a good defense. The only thing that I will change is the QB because Grossman hasn't look good at all lately against good teams and Garrard is okay.

The only thing you might need is another and better QB but besides that you are all set.

You might want to try to get another solid receiver or running back. You should be able to trade one of your defenses for a quality rb or wr (try to find someone in your league w/ plenty of room to spare at those positions who need a solid defense). The Bears arguably have the best D in the league, and the Jags are the only team to have two shutouts this season, and have averaged about 15 fantasy points over the last two games, despite their injury woes. If you do trade, it should be a defense, since that is where you have the most depth (you don't need both as each team has already played it's bye week).
