Do you have a DODGE van or a FORD van?
Econoline is Ford.
Ram Van is Dodge.
If you have a Dodge, the fuel filter is serviceable, but not recommended. It is up over the fuel tank
If it is a Ford, It is located on the inside of the left frame-rail, approximately below the driver's feet.

Dodge full size van filters are hard to get to. They're supposed to last the life of the van, but most people are a little leery of that.

There is no serviceable fuel filter on this vehicle. It is part of the fuel pump assembly and does not need to be replaced as part of regular maintenance
