Ofcourse it's natural to have urge for sensual pleasures by looking at men/women in different manner than the rest. But, what makes our mind think that we should fulfil the desire for sensual pleasure which is aroused in mind by looking at men/women.
And if we go into depth of question, first of all, Why does our mind even get aroused for sensual pleasures. What's the reason behind it.
I am not talking here about erection, because erection only takes place after arousal for sensual pleasures. And once arousal is controlled eveything else can be controlled towards having sensual pleasures, e.g. erection.
I have purposely used the term sensual pleasure to include all activities related to to our pleasures.

The most basic answer is that it ensures continuation of the species. Through a process of natural selection, those who have a tendency toward sexual arousal have prospered. I doubt we'd have gotten very far as a species if sex were painful or otherwise unpleasant.

An evolutionary need for survival. Good food tastes good; spoiled or rotten food tastes bad. Since animals can't know what food is good or bad evolution has provided for this, with good and bad odors and tastes.
Sexual arousal is also hard wired in our brains. Injuries are pain full for the same reason, negative and positive re-enforcement.
