What kind of boss do you have?

my boss is really thoughtfull and kind and is always there to help and nothng is any ever bother ! all my other bosses have been complete *** holes

I have a great boss, I work as a carer/assistant to his wife and do most of the work even have a lot of influence in what they need /buy or not etc, etc. I've been very loyal and very good time keeper and therefore reap the benefits. When I go to ZA to see my family I have to resign as I go for more than 3mths /6mths every 2yrs and he gets someone to replace me until I get back!! good hey?

Here are some facts of a good BOSS...
1. Will never fire you in front of other people.
2. Will give you personel time.
3. Will give credit of your work to you only.
4. Will keep a positive approach to your ideas.
5. Will listen before he speaks.
Hard to digest ??? Difficult to find...

Yes, she's brilliant. Took me a while to find another good one but have got one now. Also have a great department where people actually use the word thankyou :D
