Let me tell you something, you will know if you have an orgasm or not. TRUST ME ON THIS! As for the wetness "squirting out" that happens to very few people. If you saw that on a porn that is rare. Most girls get moist when they are turned on and get wet when they orgasm. A sense of relaxation/relief would be after your orgasm.
