Europe and Asia are really one big continent Eurasia.

Eurasia and Africa are joined at Suez and so could be considered a single land mass if we ignore the man-made Suez Canal

Likewise North and South America are a single land mass. The Panama Canal is even less of a division since it rises above sea level on locks.

Only Australia and Antarctica are completely isolated continents
