I mean because technically they have now broken out so they should call it something like "Prison Break - On the Outside" or something like that to place emphasis on the fact that they have broken out of prison. It just seems stupid to keep the same name.

In season two, they're taking a break from prison life - so the name can still be appropriate. It will probably be turned into a Kit Kat advert. These producers are cunning you know!
