i love a girl very much and i was abt to propose her when i came to know that she already has a boyfriend,i want to stop loving her,so i avoid to see her ,but my eyes are always searching to see her and i am not able to get her out of my mind.plz help me out

Hello,
I want to explain you something which I think is very important not only for you, but for any person who finds him- or herself in such a state.
The point I want to explain is that there is no such thing as
"stop loving", and the reason is because as we all know that love is not a feeling we decide to have, it just happens, by chance so to speak.
Loving a person is not something you can do focibly , only when your heart and soul are willing to love, it is only then you can love.
Therefore, at the same time you can also not focibly stop loving a person just like that and especially in a short span of time.
Personally speaking I also believe that the least you can do now is avoid her, don't say that you want to stop loving her, when inside you still do, because there is no point in even trying to stop loving her, when your heart and soul are still attracted to her and love her.
Thus, avoiding is the least thing you can do. Divert your attention to other things in life, spend more time with friends. Try as much as possible not to even think of stop loving her, just let it happen naturally and gradually.
This is a process not controlled by your brain, but by your heart and inner soul. Hence, do not force it to do something, which it is finding difficult to do at the moment.
Don't worry, the lesser you think about it, the easier it will be for you to carry on and eventually forget about it.

It is very common to get caught on the wrong side if the love triangle. You must learn to take such things in your stride. Of course, it is easier said than done. The best course of action, is to concentrate on other tasks, which most interests you. Or you may take time off on sight seeing and go on a long tour to some place, which you might like to visit to cool your heel off.

I was in a similar relationship but I was engaged tho this man. So he decides he wants to cheat with my cousin. He deliberately hurt me. He caused me all kinds of grief and pain. I thought I would never get over him and I did. I prayed and asked God to help me. It was the hardest thing I had to do in my life but I did. Its not going to happen over night. But it will gradually happen. Then I met this wonderful person and I am glad that this happened cause I wouldn't know what it felt like to have someone who really cared about me as well as I do them.So my advice to you is to move on. When she sees you moving on with your life. She will see what she had. Go on find somethings that you like do. Find you someone else she is not the only person in the world.

Been there done that. Try broadening your horizons a little. Go to the fitness center, library, coffee shop and places like that to see other girls and then maybe you won't be so hung up on that one you talk of.

i can understand. it happens. but first i need to know whether the girl is a good friend of yours. . . . .and a lot more.
u try one thing. . . . .look at girls. i mean look at grils when you are on the road. try to be a sort of flirt. i am sure you will soon forget the girl. atleast it won't hurt you.
or you go to the girl. express your feelings to her. be a good friend of her. see you can also love a girl as your sister?? can't you?? see her in that way. it won't hurt your feelings. . . .i am sure. just change your feelings for her ....... the way you look in to her. just change it and yo can keep on loving her........just in the case ......... we alll love our mothers now that doesn't mean that you will want to make her your girlfriend n marry her.
