Find out where they are (find the spot where there is a lot of droppings) and buy some traps (the older snap ones are the best), put some peanut butter on the bait part and wait. Keep checking them and leave them in the same place for a while (a week), move them only if you find another spot they're going to. You have to make sure you get them all (look for droppings), if you have one, there is likely more and try to find out how they are getting in (there will be more later if you don't).

Option 1. So your hubby is allergic... cats... hmm get a Lion, go to any animal association and adopt a Lion... The lion will eat the mice for sure....
Option 2. Call that dude and his flute, he will play it and guide the mice out of your beautiful house.
I hope it helps

For a really good, easy, humane way of catching mice, try the link below. You could also try leaving a trail of some yummy mouse food (potatoe chips, twinkie bits, etc) out of your house - though if your mice aren't fast enough, you might just lead new ones in!

There are several different traps on the market. The old conventions "smash the mouse" kind, there are poison kind. Also, if you don't have the heart to kill the mouse, there are traps that don't kill them and you get to go set them free somewhere. If you don't like none of that, try one of those hairless cats.

If its only a few mice, use traps (and bait them with chocolate - works the best).

If it's a serious infestation, call someone in.

Why not pick up some mouse traps or the new glue type mouse traps at your store. You can also use the mouse/rat poison sold in stores too.
