I have worked 24 hours for the last 3 weeks only to be informed today by an advisor from Job Centre that I have went over it by working up to 24 hours. I am v confused.

According to the DWPs website it is 24 hours a week, so if they are claiming any different, refer them back to that part of the site.

It used to be that you could work no more than 16 hours or earn no more than £20 a week without it affecting benefits... This might well have changed though now. Check the DWP website.
