I have primary custody. We divorced in Alabama. She moved to California. She refuses to let the courts know where she works or lives. She is already 6 months behind in childsupport. Please help.

The Attorney General in Alabama should be able to collect regardless of her location.

The social security office can find her. If she owes back child support it will be taken out of her tax return. All states are connected this way and they can track her ss# and if she files a return, the money will be taken for back support. Go to the ss office near you and see what help they can offer.
