I'd be more interested in knowing how you would build one in the first place!

you could build one on top of Pico Mountain in the Azores islands, and put on top of your car hood, drive down 30 minutes, have a coffe near the sea 15 minutes, show off in town center 1 hour, have a beer in another cafe near ocean 20 min, talk with some fishermen about the weather and how whalewatching is driving fish away 5 minutes, do your shopping 25 minutes, go home and watch the news of rare glimpses of snow in Portugal 10 minutes, take photograph of the snowman which is now halfsize of what it was and convince your mate it was huge 1 hour and 15 minutes, by the end of all this it melt, but your car is soooo coool! :>)

A snowman that is exactly 1.65m high (without the hat) and 1.03 m around the base will completely melt in 1 hour, 17 minutes and 39 seconds. Take me to Portugal and I will prove this to you!

Where in Portugal?

"On the coast the winters are particularly mild. The north and the central interior of Portugal include mountains and plateaux rising in places over 1,800 m/6,000 ft; here the summers are much cooler and winters may be quite cold "

Would all depend on the temperature and how big the snowman is.
