i just want to know the difference between all the three sentences and which sentence is correct and the most appropriate one to use

"He is a good dancer" is the corrent, you need an article "a" or "the" so the second sentence is incorrect and the third one has the words in the wrong order.

He is a good dancer. One has left out the article (a) and one put it in the wrong place such as someone just learning English might do.

the first sentence is the correct one .......first and second sentences are quite similar and the third one is not correct in fact it does not make anysense.
