My family and I are planning a holiday next year but we don't know where to go. We would like somewhere abroad and with things to do but not where you spend all day running round like a headless chicken. Preferably not too expensive as we went to Florida earlier this year, hot weather IS required :D Any suggestions?!?!

The Costa Del Sol in Spain is very nice and is warm nearly all year. It is good because it is close to the sea if you want a sun, sea and sand holiday and if you want more of a tourist, sightseeing holiday there is plenty to see and do in the city as well. The food is really cheap over there and so is all the leather and the people are really friendly and laid back

Please try Gozo - it's one of the Maltese Islands and is just delightful. Yes, it is quiet but the people are so helpful and you will have fun exploring the Island. Only one beach to speak of but plenty of other things to do. Take a converted farmhouse with a pool - they are so well furnished. There are fabulous restaurants and luxury hotels if you want them. Best of all the people - everyone speaks English and they love the Brits....

Well I've been back from Cyprus 3 weeks now, it was fantastic. The weather was lovely, even though we went in October. I would really recommend it.
