I can do sin easily just by pluging it into my calculator and setting it to radians but i get an error if I use sin-1 for sec.

sec(72.3pi)=1.701301618

first change the mode of ur calculator to radians and then press the sequence of keys.

and sec =cos-1 not sin-1
so if u want sec , find cos first and then its inverse.
cosec=sin-1
sec=cos-1
cot=tan-1

I think that you have the definition wrong. The secant is just the reciprocal of the cosine, right?

so sec(72.3pi) = 1/cos(72.3pi)
