I'm looking to purchase a flat in west London, around W12 or W4, can anyone suggest other nice areas in that area? I'm looking for someplace accessible to the centre of town, that will have continued capital appreciation and a pleasant place to live.

west acton is a nice area, u also have west acton, north ealing , tube stations.. or walk to acton town, get the tube or bus.
very nice flats, including tudor style.

The Goldhawk Road area is well-established but still good value.
If you go a little further north to Kensal Rise/Park Royal that is an area that is really worth buying into as it is still on the up.
