Saints @ Packers on Sept 17th, 2006. Damn Packers blew it at the end. But going to Lambeau is as close as I get to religious. What a great place! Go Packers! How bout that Miami team beating up on poor old Chicago! Ahhh, football season!

Chicago White Sox vs. Seattle Mariners, September 24, 2006, the last regular season home game for the Sox, sat at a picnic table in the Bullpen Sports Bar. They won 12-7, but it was pretty much meaningless by that time. What a beautiful day too, I miss baseball, I need to hear AC/DC's Thunderstruck...

In October 2006, I attended a low-A baseball minor league level championship series game in Troy, NY: Staten Island Yankees at Tri-City Valleycats (short season New York-Penn League). The Yankees won that game, and the championship 2 to 1. It may not surprise you that I am a Yankees fan of their whole system, and starting next season, I could be more likely to see AAA games. In 2007, the Yankees AAA team will be closer to my home, although a little far, in Vermont: moving from Columbus, OH to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (both in PA).
