I am looking for this paper curling device that curls paper. I have a picture of it but that's it. It's made of what looks like steel and you run the paper through it while you turn a handle. I've been trying to find one but I can't find any stores. Does anyone know where I could possibly get one?

Instead of a paper curler, try either a curling iron on a low setting, skinny barrel, or take a pair of scizzors and run the paper while holding it with your finger on the top side of the blade* and pull. This is how they curl the string that's on balloons.

*The flat part of the scizzors that's angled and is about 1/16-1/8" wide, hold your finger on this and be sure to keep your finger there so it doesn't slip onto the blade.

You are looking for a paper crimper and they are available in the scrapbooking department of any craft store and at all scrapbooking stores. Fiskars is one brand and their products are very good quality. They have a website www.fiskars.com where you can view the tool and find a store in your area that sells it.

Either in a store like Michaels or Joannes or in a scrapooking or arts and crafts store would be my suggestion.
