Our PS2 broke a few months ago and we didnt get a new one because the PS3 is coming out. Now its going to be $500-600??? That is SUCH a rip-off!!! This is outrageous!

Considering the fact that eversince the playstation came out, we have never had one last more than two years!! This really has me burned up. I wish we could all boycott this until they drop the price.

Al Bundy, you must have some loot! Im really dissapointed. This new playstation is only going to be owned by rich kids and wealthy adults :( I guess I need to get off a my butt and work harder so I can afford to play video games. I dont like Nintendo and Xbox :( Im so sad

for what your getting, its actually a really great price. It has Blu-Ray player and i dont know if you checked but those players are $1,000 by itself. Plus you have no Idea how awsome the graphics will be in Blu-Ray form. I am planning on buying one just for that feature. and $700 is a great deal for what you get

well not all playstation 3 s are going to be 600 bucks. there is one with less stuff in it for $499.
dont know if it will drop that much in price and if it does it probobly will be when x box 3 comes out. they seem to come down on prices when competion brings out a newer version.

Yep it is crazy!! My husband and children want one and I think it is crazy to pay that for it. Hopefully everyone else feels the same way and they will drop the price due to it not selling as many as they are expecting to sell.

i owned a ps2 for 5 years already.. no problems what so ever... bought a slim ps2.. still no problems... buy a ps3.. i say its worth my money.. and no im not rich or whatever..
