Cap easy. The symbiote will ne destroyed by one lightning blast. So there. Now its the Unstoppable one versus the Spirit of America with the power of a God. Juggy is made to look unstoppable, but he is constantly. Cap can judo kick him to the moon and if that doesnt work, just teleport him to Planet Hulk and the Earth is safe.

Cap would lay the smacketh down on any and all enemies with Thor's hammer. Juggernaut is a dumba.s.s., and even with heightened powers, he would fail at Cap's intelligence, combat skills, courage, and honor. This is an interesting VS. scenario. As Cap is familiar with not only his enemies but also his teammates' skills, he would wield Mjolnir without problems. Only those of certain character can even lift, let alone wield Thor's hammer, it's a testament to Cap's character that he'd be able to use the hammer, and win this battle easily.

Well I don't think cap would very good fighting with two weapons in his hands because you need one to defend and one to fight back like his shield is useless because you need two hands to throw that thing. Also you would need the strength of two arms just to hold up thor's big old hammer off the ground.
So sadly Juggernaut and his little symbiote would win although I don't really know if Sybiotes like Mutant Hosts.

I like your thinking in most of your questions and answers but I dont know what you were thinking here.
giving captain america thors hammer (who has already been deemed by the hammer itself as not worthy of weilding it) will still not give captain america the power he needs to stop juggernaught,and thats without a symbiot.
juggernaught is really really really powerful,his power has been toned down in the last few years but just a bit.where hulk has infinite strenghth jugs has infinite endurance.if he had a symbiot he would be one of the most feared villians on earth.
Jugs took a punch from onslought and only suffered temperary amnesia,captain america would be dead as dead can be.
captain america doesnt really have any super powers,hes not super strong or super fast, hes only as strong and fast as a person can be without being considered super strong or fast...some people dont realize that.
