No they're not. Mark Calloway and Glen Jacobs are related by storyline alone. This is a common misconception due to their similar styles, weight and height. But remember, this is only because they are asked to compete in this way. If Kane had the gimmick of "Seven Foot Luchadore" he would wrestle differently to his storyline "brother".

No they aren't Sweeny. In real life, Kane is Glenn Jacobs and Taker is Mark Calloway.It was only for the storyline when Kane first appeared in 1997. They were half-brothers and their "parents" tried to kill the "evil brother" Kane by locking him in the basement and setting the house on fire. That's why when Kane debuted he wore the mask to cover up the "burns".
The Taker/Kane feud that ran for much of 97/98 was Kane seeking revenge on Taker for his betrayal. Hence the casket match/buried alive matches.Kane later found out the "truth" about the "fire" from Paul Bearer.They united against him and a fake Undertaker (real name Chris Lee) to become The Brothers of Destruction.

Kane & The Undertaker are half brothers. Glen Jacobs & Mark Calloway are not. It's a story line for the show.

No it's something that the WWE came up with several years ago. The Undertakers real name is Mark Calloway and Kanes real name is Glen Jacobs. They have been best friends for years, before both of them became wrestlers.

the ledgend of undertaker and kane , is unfortunatly Kayfabe! they are now reffered to as half brothers but they're not! i hate having to say its not real! but as long as they are announced as brotheres in the world of wwe , then that is good enough for me!

Taker grew up in Death Valley and Kane grew up in Spain. I don't think their brothers. Maybe half Brothers.
