You're all a bunch of morons, drug smoking hippie wannabes who shout about the evils of a corrupt media and then go spew every nonsensical utterance you hear on CNN. You pretend to be a Democrat because you want people to think you're the most compassionate imbecile in the world, but really you're uninformed and quite clueless. Something about hell and good intentions. Something about a brainless scarecrow. Put your pants on straight, embrace the conservative values that make America great, and vote Republican.
The girl above me talking about Republicans being responsible for gas prices - sigh, do some research. I'll let the guy above who speaks about convicted felons voting (umm...) stand for himself, and this guy under me who wrote a little inaugural for us all, yeah, it sound great, but like his entire party he doesn't seem to have anything to say about HOW Dems are going to make all that sunshine happen, or where they're going to pull it out of. With this kind of spittle flying around, how can anybody seriously look highly upon the Dems?

Because I'm a Blue-dog Democrat or Dixiecrat as some so quaintly put it. My part of the party is actually in tune with what America wants. The Democrats by historical precedent should be sweeping this election and they are not. There is no doubt in my mind that there is going to be a shift in the party after this election because if there is not '08 will be a huge loss and the party knows it. By voting for my side I am hoping the national party will realize the direction they need to take and get away from the fringe element that has so much say now.
I expect on a national level the Dems will do poorly.

I'm not voting Democratic, nor Republican, nor Independent or any other party affiliation. I'm voting for the candidates who have my best interests in heart. If that candidate happens to be a Democrat then that is the vote I will make. If they happen to be Republican that I will make that vote. It never has and never will be about the party with me.

To balance things out. The past few months have shown what happens with the checks and balances don't work properly and our system needs that. I vote for individuals when I know enough about them to support their views or track record and that's usually about 50/50 split between rep and dem. If I'm undecided this election I will vote democrat for those positions.

I find that Democrats stand more for the majority of the country, the working class. They also believe in protecting a woman's right to choice, they look out for children and the elderly and much more. I have been a registered Democrat for 16 years and I plan to remain one for the rest of my life.

Because Democrats will raise the minimum wage, make health care and prescriptions affordable for middle class and lower income people, improve education and make higher education affordable and available, and start us on the road to energy independence and develop clean alternatives to petroleum. They will also do away with the culture of corruption and pay for play politics. They will hold the administration accountable for the failures in Iraq. They will restore the Bill of Rights.

30% of my votes are going to Democrats today, because based on the races they are in, they are the most qualified and they most closely match my feelings and stand on the issues at hand in those races.
Don't be a Party Sheep - think for yourself and actually look at the ISSUES, not just the R/D.

I have never agreed with a single Republican since the day I turned 18. Until I do, the Democrats keep my vote.
