It looks as though it's been shelved indefinately. Here's a clip: Blizzard announced the game in 2002, but on March 24, 2006 announced it would "indefinitely postpone" development. Soon afterward, Blizzard removed StarCraft: Ghost from its list of games currently under development, and deleted the official Ghost home page; the URL for that page now redirects to Blizzard's Web site

I did a little research to find out the story behind Starcraft Ghost. I found out that Starcraft Ghost went into a dely because of the new development of Warcraft III and World of Warcraft. And they said they didn't abondoned the Starcraft Ghost project but delayed it. The release of Starcraft Ghost is sometime in summer of 2007.
I just hope they kept their promise because i cant wait for Starcraft Ghost.
