i wanna know if this a company or residents or cell phone..because i call they pick up the phone and listen,,then hung up...thanks..

This is definately a cell phone. If you want to know who it actually is call your celluar provider and report the number as abuse

Actually whitepages.com says that it is a landline phone (NOT a cellphone) based out of Los Angeles. There was no other information though.

maybe u could use the tracking on your phone to finnd out where it's coming from or just look up area codes and see which state it is.
