With the exception of wanting a relationship to last and getting custody situated with my child (will happen early next year) I've pretty much accomplished everything I wanted to do..

No Way!!! Still not married. Still not pregnant. Still haven't finished school. Still driving a crappy car. Still haven't moved. But...I did get a new job, so I guess that's something!

so far, yes! I brought my grades back up (back up to a 3.2), got an apartment, paying my bills on time, got over my ex, and started a new relationship!! :-D
