Virtually every large university in the USA, and many smaller schools have departments that teach foreign language. If you want to be a teacher in your home state, there is probably no advantage in going anywhere else - just go to your state U. and major in the languages you want. If there is some special language you want to study, then google around a little and see what different schools offer.

You will have no problem at all finding a school to teach you whatever language you are interested in.

If you're in the U.S. (specifically, Texas) Texas A&M-commerce, southern methodist university, baylor university, university of north texas.

Now that I think of it, they have good Spanish programs. They may not be so good if you want to learn german or an arabic language or whatever. sorry.
