Hold my head, try to find something warm to drink and wait for about 15 seconds until it goes away. It usually does even without drinking something warm. Don't you just LOVE the sensation of brainfreeze?!?!?!

I used to get them from Slurpees. I typically ended up with my tongue at the roof of my mouth and a hand on my forehead with my eyes squeezed shut while I waited for it to pass. I never found anything that made it go away faster, but at least they were over quick.
